Position Overview: As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our young learners. Your experience and state certification in early childhood education are essential in ensuring that our students receive the best educational experience possible.

In PK4, we follow a theme of instruction that centers on learning through hands-on experiences and centers. Our goal is to provide a foundation for our students' educational journey and equip them with the essential skills to become lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with our theme of instruction, promoting hands-on learning and exploration through centers.
• Create a supportive and caring classroom environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and take risks in their learning.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing individualized support to address their unique needs.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience for our students.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and engage them in their child's learning journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• State certification as a preschool teacher.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is preferred.
• Passion for fostering a love of learning and creativity in young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
