Member Service Agent
Job Description
Excellent Service is at the heart of what we do here at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club. Our team knows our associates are our best asset, and we treat our associates as we do our members: with kindness, humility and respect. Managed by Montage International, Spanish Peaks is a private community situated on 3,500 acres nestled at 7,700 feet in stunning Big Sky, Montana. We are about 40 miles away from Bozeman, Belgrade, and West Yellowstone, Montana.
SUMMARY
The Member Services Agent is responsible for ensuring a wonderful member experience through excellent customer service. This position plays an integral role in the member and guest’s visit as the Member Services Agent is often one of the first individuals that a member or guest interacts with.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
  • Greeting members and guests with friendly and sincere welcome
  • Providing information and assistance to members and guests regarding club attractions or points of interest
  • Booking reservations for members and guests both within the club and at outside facilities
  • Properly logging member and guests requests and performing follow up with them
  • Familiarizing oneself with each day’s arrival and group activities
  • Maintaining communication with other departments regarding member and guest activity or special needs as necessary
  • Ensuring any incoming and outgoing packages are logged and delivered appropriately.
  • Monitoring and scheduling Valet and booking guest transportation with Club's contracted vendor
  • On occasion – shuttling members or guests
  • Tracking and maintaining Club Vehicles to ensure vehicle keys are checked out and returned
  • Working with the Valet team regarding requests for shuttles
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in a luxury club preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess a positive attitude
  • Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
  • Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and effectively ato using new software products
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands
  • Valid US Drivers License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time, approximately six hours. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks. This position requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
