New Job Medical Assistant In Vermont

This is a great opportunity to work in one of the few remaining private internal medicine practices in Chittenden County. We provide high quality health care in a smaller, personal setting with a focus on patient centered care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a medical assistant of LPN for an internal medicine primary care practice in Burlington. Providers include two physicians and three nurse practitioners. The candidate would work alongside one other medical assistant as well as an RN. The hours are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM with a one hour lunch break, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility.

The job consists of facilitating patient care activities and patient flow in a wide variety of activities including pre-visit planning, documentation in the electronic medical record, rooming of patients, phlebotomy (can be trained), EKG's, and vaccinations. We offer health insurance for full time employees, 8 paid holidays, vacation and sick time.

Experience is preferred but training is available for a motivated candidate.

Minimum Requirements

Medical Assistant or healthcare experience is preferred
