Remote Client Support Specialist
Job Type: Full time
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly + Commission
Shift Availability: Days, Nights, and Weekends. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Work remotely after 30-60 days in the office training period

Summary and Qualifications:
Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Client Support Specialist to answer phone calls and assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM while promoting multiple TurnPoint brands' services through having a general understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. This is a fully remote position.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced but friendly environment.
- Empathize & understand customers' urgent service needs.
- Book the customer’s appointment in CRM.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic service information.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service calls.
- Sell private service memberships.
- Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for customers.
- Cross-promote various trade services to customers.
- Complete additional duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Skills you bring for success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 2-year degree a plus
- 2+ years in a call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve target goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
