The Division of Administrative Services is looking for a motivated self-starting individual to join it's team. The successful individual will assist in the processing of department travel vouchers, invoices, payments, and other fiscal tasks as assigned. This includes working with vendors and employees to ensure proper documentation is provided for payments. This position works with a team to successfully administer the financial needs of the entire department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

The ideal candidate will have a certificate in bookkeeping and/or 2 or more years of experience paying invoices and other accounting experience. A candidate with prior experience with the State accounting mainframe system is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • advanced keyboarding skills;
  • customer service experience;
  • attention to detail;
  • ability to detect and research account errors;
  • communication both in verbally and in writing;
  • switching between tasks as workload dictates.
