To build on that success and support future growth, we are seeking a Senior Planner who’ll help drive continued success.¬¬¬¬¬¬¬

As a Senior Planner at Colony Brands, you’ll be able to drive business results thru tangible data analysis in a team environment. Your daily work will center around analyzing merchandise profitability and sales trends, measuring performance relative to budget and historical benchmarks, and identifying financial sales/inventory risk and opportunities. You’ll coach and develop a team of Associate Planners, providing on-going training and learning opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for:

• Determining initial estimates and quantities on catalog items to meet budgeted sales on multiple levels: seasonal, brand, catalog
• Developing pre-season category, product and SKU level financial sales and inventory plans for catalog and e-commerce
• Promoting and fostering collaborative strategic partnerships with cross-organizational business partners

We need someone with seasonal planning experience and a solid knowledge of how to build out financial plans. This position requires initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be self-sufficient and efficient while building partnerships throughout the organization. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Marketing, or Statistics discipline and 3+ years’ of statistical and data analysis experience related to inventory and forecasting (via education or on-the-job experience).
In addition, we are looking for:

• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong Excel abilities and the ability to work in multiple databases
• Ability to lead a team; working cross-functionally and managing relationships with stakoholders

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. To take advantage of the remote work option, you must have reliable, high-speed internet and appropriate home office ergonomics. Because we value team building and collaboration, this role requires onsite work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
