Responsibilities:
Quick Service Manager

  • Provide timely technical on-the-job training to technicians new to the job or
those requiring additional assistance.
  • Train quick lane technicians to perform multi-point inspections.
  • Maintain a skill summary of the technical staff and make recommendations to service
management regarding technical needs.
  • Schedule, assign, and supervise work with the objective of maximizing the balance of
quality, productivity, and profit.
  • Demonstrate high level of product, technical knowledge and practical experience.
  • Meet regularly with team leaders, including the Fixed Ops Director to report on shop
production and review pending administrative matters.
  • Keep shop equipment in safe operating condition. Stay informed about new equipment
available in the marketplace, and be able to make objective recommendations regarding
the purchase of such equipment.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of shop "cleanliness" in accordance with company standards
and management directives.
  • Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that
affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
  • Ensure service employees are following established safety protocols; ensure shop
equipment in proper working condition; immediate reporting of safety incidents.
  • Meet customer service standards by achieving quality customer service
information “CSI” scores.
  • Safeguard dealership assets and customer data.
  • Maintain professional personal appearance.
  • Complete required training assigned through the company training portal.
  • Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
  • Demonstrate ethical business practices
  • Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Quick Lane Manager

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Good work ethic is a must!
  • Previous management experience is preferred!
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
