JOB DESCRIPTION


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all orders are booked and settled correctly
  • Oversee client share dealing and FX requirement
  • Review of all Jira Boards and Jira tickets, ensure all orders are processed within the required timeframe
  • Complete and review daily orders, create Master Tracker for all orders
  • Internal reporting/escalation of any issues which arise as a matter of urgency
  • Provide support to the payment/settlement teams when required
  • Maintain and update current procedures, design and draft new procedures relating to operational processes
  • Take responsibly for financial/statistical modeling
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify requirements for enhancements to existing systems

Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with industry protocols such as FIX, SWIFT, FpML
  • Understanding of the changing regulatory landscape and its impact on trading
  • Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development team
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

  • Degree within a relevant field
  • Equity trading compliance experience
