Main Purpose
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience with Bayer through the proper launching and positioning of its products and technologies (Crop Protection, Seed & Traits, and digital tools).
- Assure the correct communication and activation of commercial and marketing plans regionally.
- Lead product launching at country level.
- Collaborate with the positioning of products and brands locally.
- Develop and lead the implementation of demand generation plans based on regional business opportunities and needs.
- Define and coordinate training plans based on local business needs
Your mission Will be to
- Collaborate with Price & Campaign Teams to develop Commercial and Marketing Plans with insights and data from the field.
- Activate Marketing Plans at Regional Sales Teams level.
- Promote and track the use of Impulso and Orbia Platforms at Regional Sales Teams and Dealers level.
- Lead product launching at country level in collaboration with Regional Marketing and Market Development Teams.
- Collaborate in the development of new integrated solutions for farmers.
- Collaborate with MD Teams to position products and brands locally.
- Lead Íteros Community (Private Technical Advisors)
- Collaborate in the development of new integrated solutions for farmers.
- Lead the development and follow up of demand generation plans in collaboration with Regional Sales Teams based on opportunities territory level.
- Lead the connection with MD Teams to ensure the knowledge transfer process.

- University degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer.
- Fluent in English (desired)
- Strong agronomic and business knowledge.
- Background in sales, marketing, product management or technology development.
- Strong knowledge on agricultural markets, its dynamics, players, competitors, suppliers, and future trends.
- Relationship and network, courage and candor, agility, results orientation, initiative, and foresight.
- Influencing, Customer focus.
- Critical Thinking about the business.
