Under the direction of the City Commission, the City Administrator provides leadership and direction to all city departments by establishing goals and objectives set by the City Commission and assisting department heads in developing and implementing procedures to accomplish department goals and objectives.

Compensation and Benefits


The salary range for this position is $185,000 - 215,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. Desired Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field, along with a minimum of ten years of management and supervisory experience in municipal administration, with assistant or city manager/city administrator experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license is required.
