New Job Of Counsel Attorney - Part Time In Montana

Small, busy law firm with offices in Silicon Valley seeks a contract attorney for transactions and litigation work to join our team, with a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. MT or CA bar license required (or active license in other jurisdiction). The candidate must have at least seven years of experience handling transactions and litigation matters in private practice. Work will be 10 to 20 hours per week at $125 to $150 per hour, DOE. The candidate must be committed, reliable and able to work at a fast pace with great attention to detail and minimal supervision, as most work is remote at this time (from your office or home).
