Job Description/ Duties Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the office of security and
- Provides general office support within office by ordering and maintaining supplies, scheduling vendors, assisting with office catering needs, etc. to ensure the office staff have adequate support to work efficiently
- Coordinates visitor access and control within office
- Maintains assigned calendars for multiple conference rooms
- Participates or leads employee events, both large- and small-scale, such as holiday parties, staff meetings, happy hour events, etc.
- Answers the telephone and refers all calls to the appropriate individual/department within the office
- Other duties as assigned.
RequiredSkills:
- 2-5 years experience
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Outstanding organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in team environment
- Prior experience working as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Prior experience working in visitor access and control environment
