A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
• Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy.
• Order required reports and review reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested.
• Understand rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures along with investor guidelines.
• Strive to achieve and exceed productivity expectations and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, fellow employees, and management with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

• 2 years experience loan processing, preferably private/hard money lending
• Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexible and ability to adapt to change quickly
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong spreadsheet management experience
• Must work well in a fast-paced team-driven environment
• Thinks ahead and anticipates needs based on prior experience
