We are looking for a driven and progressive Estimator in Englewood, CO, to support our Program Management Team in a hybrid work from home role.
Complete cost estimates of raw materials and subcontracted work and labor. Create cost models for estimating elements. Prepare and maintain historical data. Prepare estimation reports and present findings to the team.
Responsible to help prioritize workload for the estimating team to meet deliverable dates. Analyze specifications, including sketches, drawings, bills of material, and sample layouts, and calculate costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- 5+ years of estimating experience
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient using MS Excel and MS Word
- Demonstrated knowledge of estimating tools
Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
- Experience with InEight estimating software
Typical salary range for this position is $98,500 to $153,500 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
The base salary range for this position is $98,500 to $153,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
