Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for an Employee Relation Specialist in our Canton, MI office!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office communications and support essential Canton operations.- Greet visitors, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the correct office personnel.
- Ensure employee satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Offer counseling services to employees.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events.
- Liaison between employees and upper management.
- Participate in recruitment processes as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Communications related field.- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- This position requires a creative, team player with a positive attitude and professional approach.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, have excellent grammar and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
