We are looking for a driven Document Control Professional in Atlanta, to support our Project Team.

As a key member of our Atlanta Project Team, you’ll be coordinating and administering configuration management activities relative to identification, control and change documents directly related to the assigned project. You will track the life cycle of documents and records with all revisions, including RFIs and submittals. You will also independently manage other day-to-day tasks related to document and records management. This position regularly interacts with internal, client, and external consultant contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for managing and maintaining the document control systems for the project.
  • Assuring project participants are trained in practical application of systems.
  • Acting as a Document Control lead, providing technical direction to lower-level staff.
  • Overseeing master file for all incoming and outgoing documents.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Qualifications - External
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • 5 years of Document Control experience
  • Experience with MS Office, SharePoint (or similar EDMS), Bluebeam
  • Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.)
  • Understanding of different personality types and communication styles for effective presentation, communication, and conflict resolution

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:
  • Experience with ProjectWise, e-Builder and Aconex
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology
