Converse Home is an Assisted Living Community located in downtown Burlington. Please consider applying if you are looking for a rewarding position, working with wonderful residents and staff. You will work with the same residents each day and create a relationship with them. We are looking for someone with the desire to work with the elderly in an environment that upholds their privacy, dignity, choice, independence, and individuality, someone who is dependable, has the ability to work well with others, and to function effectively as part of a team.
We are looking for part time early-morning breakfast dining room servers/Team Leads to join our team. Breakfast shifts are 7-11 am

Job Details:
- Servers are responsible for serving meals in and maintaining the cleanliness of the Home’s dining room and kitchen service areas.
- We are looking for staff members who can work positively as part of a team providing outstanding food to residents and employees. We like our residents and employees to have a good time, which often starts with good food.
- As a team lead you need to have experience leading a small team in a customer service setting and be able to solve issues that arise.
