Location: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WA
Salary: $5,499.00 - $7,399.00 Monthly
In addition to the salary range listed, a general wage increase of 4% will be applied for all state employees on July 1, 2023.

We’re seeking an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills to join us in supporting our vibrant and diverse agency in its mission, to work as part of a cohesive team, and to uphold a professional and positive demeanor while working under tight deadlines as priorities shift.
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Information Technology Division is recruiting for a Customer Support Journey. This position provides desktop technology support to the agency, ensuring desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems, including network and cloud components. This position also provides tier 2 technical support for M365 office accounts and applications.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Primary technical support of desktop and laptop computers
- Manage and resolve tier 1 and tier 2 M365 support tickets.
- Rotating duty as Service Desk Point of Contact.
- Lifecycle management of agency inventory of desktop and laptop computers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in information technology or closely related field AND 2 years of experience in desktop engineering and desktop support in an enterprise environment of 1000+ devices
