Location: North Ga Health District- Dalton, Ga
WIC Call Center: (Open To NGHD Employees Only)
Under general supervision performs a variety of clerical and administrative support functions for the WIC program.
Updates/Inputs patient demographics into WIC software- Answers call center phones providing good customer service by scheduling appointments, routing calls and answer questions about the WIC program
- Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customer's questions, complaints and/or providing information. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- WIC experience
Primarily sedentary, light physical work with limited to no unusual conditions. Indicate if occasional lifting of 45IBs. Or more.
