ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The position serves as the single point of contact for customers/clients, sales representatives, and product application specialists regarding orders.
Answers all questions related to Geiger products, orders, processes, etc. Coordinates required delivery dates and shipping details with scheduling team. Follows up on all issues daily and thoroughly communicate with all necessary parties.
Insures orders are within guidelines of customer's contract.
Oversees incoming emails and phone calls for a specified geographical region. Processes all incoming purchase orders and warranty claims from clients in a timely and accurate fashion.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associates degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years) preferably in a computerized environment, performing data entry and customer service related functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills for success in a fast paced environment.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Aptitude for accuracy; detail oriented.
Ability to work with customers directly; strong communication skills; good problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently used in the MillerKnoll/Geiger office environment.
Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
