The
Private Assets Funds Services Analyst will be joining our dynamic Evergreen team tasked with supporting the build out of Hamilton Lane’s open-ended fund strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at an established firm and grow with this product’s team. This unique role is exposed to virtually every facet of the day-to-day operations of the Fund, from front to back office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the trade and fund operations of our Evergreen funds, specifically Private Assets Fund (PAF), the US based Evergreen strategy.

Support the investor onboarding offer process.

Support sales efforts for the Evergreen portfolios, specifically PAF through collaborating with internal sales team to respond to existing and prospective client inquiries.

Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements/restrictions of operating and marketing a retail fund in the US.

Take initiative to troubleshoot, investigate, design, and resolve operational inefficiencies by understanding the intricacies of each team and process involved in the PAF lifecycle.

Utilize multiple sources of information to maintain weekly tracking of confirmed and pending trades from investors.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
-
0-3 years of experience in a similar position.

BA/BS, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience supporting sales function is a plus.

Proven communication and analytical skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Experience working with and building excel models, a plus.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Must be proactive, self-starter and able to interact with people who have varied personalities and work styles.
