Persons appointed to limited term positions will be designated as limited duration employees whose appointment shall not exceed two (2) years except for the extension of grants or funding from outside sources.
The Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services is looking for an Administrative Specialist II to join the team!
The Administrative Specialist II, in the Revenue Division, will perform primary administrative functions. This key administrative position provides direct support to division managers and the division director. This is a fast-paced position and provides support to a division of approximately 150 employees.

Ability to maintain highly sensitive and confidential information, while exercising a high degree of tact, discretion, and diplomacy in sensitive situations.- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate, concise, and confidential records.
- Ability to learn and utilize City-specific technology and general office software, such as SAP, Outlook, Word, Access, Teams, and Excel, for complex document production and data management.
- Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to be flexible and handle shifting and competing for work demands.
