The County of Riverside seeks candidates to fill positions throughout Riverside County. A list of eligible candidates will be established to fill current and future vacancies.
The County of Riverside’s Department of Human Resources (HR) has an opportunity for a Talent Management System Specialist [Business Process Analyst I – CN (Confidential Non-Exempt)], with primary responsibility for the Talent Management System.
This position will perform responsible, varied, complex, and specialized technical and analytical work in support of RivCo Talent, Riverside County’s Talent Management System (TMS) powered by SumTotal Systems.
The Talent Management Systems Specialist will assist in the administration, reporting and configuration of the organization’s talent management system modules which includes Learning, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Career Planning and Data Analytics for business segments and support services functions within the County.
The selected candidate will work directly with vendors for resolution of underlying system program issues, ensure data integrity, develop training materials for system implementation and/or upgrades, and partner with stakeholders to ensure content and system functionalities are leveraged effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience implementing and working in Talent Management cloud-based solutions (SumTotal or Cornerstone Preferred); strong data analysis skills; basic knowledge of Jaspersoft or Microsoft Power BI; familiarity with instructional design principles and proficiency in common authoring tools.
Competitive candidates will have proven experience assisting with administration of Talent Management Systems used to manage employee training, including compliance and professional development training; and previous experience translating training requirements into properties within a Talent Management System.
