Systems Analyst Specialist

twenty2 is a female-led, high end private label wallpaper and textiles production company. We assist artists and designers in developing innovative digital wallpaper and textile collections and custom projects.

We are located in Bantam, CT and this role will require being able to work there.

However, we are scheduled to move to a new location in Naugatuck at the end of 2023.

Information Technology Department Overview

The twenty2 IT department is well suited to those who enjoy continuously learning and growing to keep pace with an evolving company. We manage a variety of web based software that is being regularly customized, improved and updated. Adaptable, logic based thinkers, with both strong technical and people skills are a good match for this role.

Skills

Experience with or ability to quickly get up to speed on web based work OS Monday.com

Ability to diagnose system needs by defining problems, collecting data, and drawing actionable conclusions

Expert knowledge of systems such as CRM and IMS

Expert knowledge of APIs

Experience managing and utilizing databases

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong goal implementation and deadline management skills

Ability to clearly articulate proposed solutions

Responsibilities

Assist in the translation of company needs into actionable system improvements

Identify, plan, and coordinate the development of new technology solutions

Act as the primary liaison and overseer for developers and technology contractors

Analyze automation needs, map out API scenarios and consult on implementation plan with third party developer

Map out and execute platform integrations, or oversee implementation by third party developers

Audit systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, reliability and scalability

Participate in the development and execution of test plans and assist those that perform tests

Consult on relevant support tickets escalated by senior IT staff

Create change management roadmap for staff
