New Job Sous Chef In Vermont

The Quechee Club is seeking to hire an energetic, passionate, and creative Sous Chef.

The Sous Chef assists the Director of Culinary Operations and Chef De Cuisine in supporting the daily operation of the kitchen and food production. Our club has several food venues, from fine dining in Davidsons to a casual meal in Dewey's, a burger and fries in our Base Lodge, to a portable Pizza Trailer, which has become incredibly popular! In addition we have a pool snack shack and 10th Tee in the summer months!

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with 3-5 years of experience as a Sous with advanced knowledge of the principles and practices in the culinary profession.

The ideal candidates will be flexible, friendly, dependable, honest, and possess the ability to work as a member of a professional team, be on time and come in when scheduled. The position requires the ability to move from task to task. Prior kitchen and cooking experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

This is a year-round, benefited, permanent full-time exempt position.
