Service Delivery Coordinator – Modern Workplace – Remote

About this role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, the selected candidate will ensure coordinating the ticket assignment and overall service delivery with onsite Field Service Technicians happen as per expectations and within SLAs. The person will be available answer phone call and respond to chat and email requests to support Field Service operations. In this role you will work closely with our Desktop Support Field Service Technicians. Being a self-starter who is comfortable with minimal supervision is essential to the success in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Supports routine activities of a functional area or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
  • Assists in performing administrative responsibilities such as entering information into databases and producing simple statistical reports and presentations.
  • Enters information of account specific service problems and distributes prioritized work requests.
  • Distributes communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that integration of new, enhanced and existing service offerings meet client specifications.
  • Gathers and enters quality assurance information in accordance with established procedures to ensure quality client service. Produces reports necessary to indicate areas of improvement.
  • May conduct product inspections to ensure established quality guidelines are adhered to.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of administrative experience
  • Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements

Work Environment

  • Training and Initial Verficiated expected to be onsite
  • Otherwise a fulltime remote environment with rare few occasions to attend training programs onsite in DXC or a client office.
  • Weekday work with some exceptions requiring weekend work
  • Regular shift with some exceptions which may require shift work

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $34,900 - $52,300.
