Job Description

Working as a Sales Chat Support Specialist for our Channel Partners is the perfect role to introduce you to the world of sales and sales support. Our reps are expected to maintain an engaging energy and enthusiasm with our customers, surpassing their expectations every time. You should be passionate about ensuring that customers have a smooth, positive transition from the point of sale to the activation of their equipment. When you are not fielding incoming messages, you will update reports and complete other tasks as assigned in order to drive sales, retention, and fulfillment.

Platform position to learn a variety of skills sets such as sales tactics and processes, Vivint systems/ equipment, white glove customer service, and time management skills. Candidates must be results-focused and relentless problem solvers. Working in this fast-paced position will provide a lot of growth opportunities for upward mobility. This position pays an hourly rate plus commission opportunities paid on performance.

Starting Pay: $12.50/hr plus potential bonuses/commission

• Unlimited Commissions: Specialists average $500 in commissions each month with top performers making $1200 per month.

Shift: 12 PM -10 PM with Thursdays-Saturdays OFF

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent

• Computer Literate

• Desire to engage customers in an upbeat, helpful manner

• Ability to work designated shift full-time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales/Customer Service Background

• Ability to creatively solve problems

• Ability to multi-task (especially while talking on the phone)

• Attention to detail
