SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Recruiter is responsible for seeking out and recruiting new agents to join the Servion Realty team. The real estate recruiter may meet one-on-one with a candidate, attend events like real estate mixers and open houses, or take advantage of other lead sources. The recruiter will be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down candidates who are best suited for Servion culture, and best suited to grow your career and build a real estate team by helping to hire. This position requires passionate, motivated, and knowledgeable professional with an entrepreneurial mentality who would contribute to the growth of a successful business by recruiting qualified real estate agents using various creative recruitment methods.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Find new talent for our sales team’s success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.
  • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
  • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well.
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team.
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry.
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified.
  • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Experienced real estate agent, team leader, or recruiter who understands and internalizes the Servion Culture and can easily describe it to others.
  • Ability to develop rapport quickly with new people.
  • Dedication to cold calling leads that have been data mined by our specialists.
  • Attend networking events to scout for new agents.
  • Apply and follow established standard operating procedures of the company’s recruitment process.
  • Prepare, organize, and evaluate candidates’ files prior to recommending them to the next
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected.
  • Ability to provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful.
  • Ability to be persuasive and go for the win on every call, celebrate victories and past defeats.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2+ years experience of real estate recruitment or inside sales

Licenses/Certifications: Real Estate License preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
