New Job Private Chef -Full Time In Wyoming

For Immediate Hire! Our client based in Jackson Hole Wyoming is seeking a full time Private Chef live-out (Up to $125,000). The Chef will menu plan with the client, source fresh groceries, prepare/cook & serve meals for the primary family members and occasional guest. Lunch and dinners only. Monday through Friday. The salary will be dependent on experience and education.

Responsibilities:

• Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare high quality, nourishing health-conscious vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals for 1-4 people per day
• Ensure meals are well-balanced to nourish and sustain to meet health and nutrition goals
• Procure top quality ingredients, prioritizing local and/or organic ingredients. This may include visiting farmer’s markets, specialty stores, or researching online sources
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals for lunch, and dinner
• Serve meals, set the table
• Create and review menus with the principal
• Arrange and oversee caterers and staff for larger functions as needed
• Maintain kitchen and pantry inventory (i.e. pantry goods, small appliances, utensils, etc.)
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, cabinets, and appliances. This includes deep cleaning, pantry organization

Qualifications

• Prior success creating and executing seasonally based menus, utilizing local produce and seasonal items that are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free only
• Experience sourcing high quality goods and produce
• Ability to tailor cooking style based on dietary preferences
• Experience cooking all meals for large groups and special events, ranging from hor d’oeuvres, snacks, plated dinners, family-style meals, buffet, etc. Only once per year
• Ability to operate with high discretion
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working as a Private Chef in a private home-required!
• Must have a valid drivers' license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
