Job Purpose
This position provides administrative support for the Civic Center including the administration and planning for assigned events, management of the box office and support of the booking, marketing, and operational functions of the Civic Center. The position is fast paced and public facing, requiring advanced skills in customer service, organization, and planning. Essential Duties

Communicate tactfully and effectively with clients, vendors, performers, patrons, the public and officials
Provide exceptional customer service and appropriate follow up
Maintain and organize records, files and correspondence
Schedule and supervise staff
License and/or Certificate Requirements
Must possess a valid driver"s license with acceptable driving record at the time of hire and have the ability to obtain a valid MT driver"s license within six months of hire. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Training):
This position requires a minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience related to administering and planning events or venue management and proven organizational and interpersonal communication skills. - Process payments and daily/weekly deposits
- Process field purchase orders ensuring accuracy of invoices and facilitating timely payment
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, supervise part time and on-call customer service staff
20% Time

Tasks:
- Meet with clients
- Provide event specifications to operations staff
- Ensure paperwork is completed and filed, communication, on-site event coverage

- Answer phones
- Respond to inquiries
- Contribute to culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Ensure ticket orders are filled accurately
- Assist with show builds and reporting
- Supervise support staff

- Assist in development of internship programs(s)
- Assist in implementation of advertising campaigns and media buys
- Manage various social media accounts, graphic design
