Westlake Physical Therapy has been providing excellent patient care and rehabilitative services for over 18 years. We have an immediate opening for a part-time receptionist (Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-6:00) to work in our private practice outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity for a mature, dependable, hardworking, motivated individual looking for long term employment. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Scheduling patients
Checking insurance benefits
Obtaining pre-authorization
Collecting copayments and coinsurance

Qualifications

Previous reception work experience in a health care setting preferred. Must be self-motivated, outgoing, energetic, friendly, have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to multitask, work well with other staff and have a "team approach".

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
