Job Description
Under direction; represents, supports and assists the County Executive and Director’s as assigned; researches and prepares information and data documentation; attends meetings as directed. Performs other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge and abilities listed below.
Completion of post-secondary education with an associates degree in business management, plus three (3) to five (5) years experience in government or in a private sector administrative position.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of government structure and process; management and administrative processes; public relations; departmental goals and objectives*; modern electronic personal computer and program application.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; use proper research in gathering data; develop reports and position papers; handle sensitive inquiries and contacts with the public and government officials; communicate effectively; maintain a good rapport with all employees, public officials, and the general public; operate a personal computer and use required programs.
