MDOT MAA is currently accepting applications for the position of EEO Investigator (Administrative Officer III) in the Office of Fair Practices at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall Airport).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interviewing parties and witnesses for complaints;- Assisting and supporting EEO managers as reinforcements/substitutes for Sexual Harassment Prevention training;
- Assisting with monthly and annual EEO reports;
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising investigative reports; and
- Responding to customer requests for information and/or accommodations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three years experience in administrative or professional work. One year of related experience assisting with maintaining compliance to include mediation and resolution of complaints.

Notes:
1. Additional experience as defined above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
2. Additional graduate-level education at an accredited college or university may be substituted at the rate of 30 semester credit hours for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
3. Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience involving staff work that included the regular independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting complex administrative plans, policies, rules, or regulations, or analysis of operational programs or procedures with recommendations for improvement on a year-for-year basis for the required education and experience.
