Monthly Salary Range: $ 6,383.00 - $8,242.00

Job Overview:

Maintain regional staffing patterns (hiring, retention, performance, professional development) for child programs staff

Provide oversight to the care and case management of children in foster care and adoptive placements

Provide oversight to the recruitment and maintenance of foster parents

Provide oversight to the case management of the Family Support Services teams

Maintain harmonious and collaborative working relationships with community partners

Maintain collaborative partnerships with the Juvenile Court(s) within the region

Represent the agency at regional/statewide events

Collaborate with private providers

Respond to constituent complaints and issues

Analyze data reports to monitor compliance, develop strategies, and improve outcomes

Provide oversight to regional office space

Regional travel is required; some statewide travel is necessary
