Job Description
This position is responsible for customer service, sales & billing for the City"s Electric, Water & Telecom utilities. This person is building customer relationships and determining customer needs in person or over the phone by listening, asking questions and explaining utility services and products.
Qualifications
~ High school education.
~ Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, having had a similar position for one to two years is ideal.
~ Experience in Electric, Water or Telecom utility billing is preferred.
