The CRA Director of the Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is the principal municipal employee responsible for overseeing and implementing community redevelopment agency activities within the designated Bartow community redevelopment area. The CRA Director receives and processes applications from residents and business owners for community redevelopment agency financial assistant grants. The CRA Director prepares agenda items for meetings of the CRA's governing board (the "Board of Commissioners of the Community Redevelopment Agency" or "Board") and assists and guides the Board in its efforts to implement the community redevelopment plan.
