Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support one of our clients. We are looking for a bright, energetic, customer service oriented professional to join our team. Effective communication will be key for this position to ensure communication is delivered clearly and accurately to all levels of staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Data Call emails and notifications to clients, team members, vendors, cutomers.
  • Coordinate/work with the client/customers/vendors/team members to get the Data Call messaging especially the due dates.
  • Make sure that the completed Data Call spreadsheets are uploaded to the Data Call Repository folder.
  • Responsible to send reminder two weeks before the data call is due to all non-responding ICs.
  • Data calls such as Microsoft, SAS, VMware and any others, work with the license specialist for email message, due dates, and customer list that should receive the notifications
  • Monitor ISDP Mailbox for customer updates and send to Comms team for review and action.
  • Update the distribution list using the client's Email Distribution List Management upon request from the IC POCs
  • Fulfill request to update the SharePoint Data Call Repository access and edit permissions. Before making changes, if the requestor is not an ISDP IC POC be sure that he/she/they are aware of the request and that they approve of the access. (Repository folders have financial sensitive information and are permission protected)
  • Maintain/Update the ISDP SharePoint Repository for every beginning of new fiscal year in coordination with the ISDP authorized representative.
  • Work with the ISDP authorized representative for all ISDP website updates.
  • Prepare email with detailed descriptions of the changes or updates that are needed.
  • Create a ticket in the CIT IT Support system using CIT BAS Fee for Service link and include the ticket number in the email.
  • Monitor ISDP Mailbox for customer updates.
  • Update the IC/Agency Contacts list upon request from the IC POCs.
  • Work with license specialists to update license information and new license downloads from the vendors i.e. SAS, JMP, SUDAAN, Parallels, and FileMaker.
  • Help/support in preparing/writing Newsletter following the rules/guidance of the client accordingly.
  • Develop presentations, handouts, brochures, and other communication materials as needed for the ISDP program.

  • Support and facilitate “vendor days”, and other workgroups/meetings with customers and vendors.

  • Assist other members of the team in managing financial data, and generating reports.

  • Consistent review of the ISDP website and working with customers to determine changes that may be needed to ensure effectiveness and ease of use.

  • Assist in data analytics of various tools such as Software Asset Management and CASB data to determine cost benefits for the client, based on usage if procured through ISDP.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Solid documentation skills, with attention given to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc).
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, creative, analytical problem-solving leader who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to determine the most effective and efficient manner depending on customer needs.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, clients, customers.
  • Able to develop client relationships and establishing and maintaining client satisfaction and demonstrate reliability.
  • Ability to foster relationships at all levels; team members, counterparts, management, vendors, clients, etc.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and to function well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, as well as superior time management abilities.
