What you’ll do:

  • Coordination and administration of statewide HIV care services for the Ryan White Part B Program and AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).
  • Coordination and collaboration with various Bureau of HIV, STD and Hepatitis staff, Office of Epidemiology and case management contractors.
  • Collaboration with Office of Financial and Budget services, case management contractors, subcontractors, other Ryan White grantees, and service providers to ensure Ryan White Part B funds are used appropriately.
  • Contract development and quality assurance oversight including programmatic and fiscal contract monitoring of benefits administrator.
  • Research and analyze data regarding Affordable Care Act, public and private insurance providers including MO HealthNet and Medicare for comprehensive insurance coverage.
  • Provide technical assistance to case managers and clients regarding programs, policies and procedures for ADAP and other Ryan White services.
  • Ensure all HIV Care Staff are following programmatic guidelines in statewide Ryan White Part B and ADAP programs.
  • Supervision of two staff members including establishing clear roles, responsibilities and expectations and fostering professional development to expand staff knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with 4 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
  • Strong critical thinking and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal level of supervision.
  • Ability to conduct basic research and analysis
