New Job Workforce Consultant - Worklink In South Carolina

This position reports to the Employment Services Division in the Worklink Region. Incumbent performs customer focused case management and career planning to identify barriers to employment and develop solutions for clients by conducting needs assessments, assisting with the development of individual employment plans, and providing focused services. Educates individuals regarding SCDEW programs, policies, and services. Provides assistance with all services as needed within an SC Works Center. This position requires scheduled travel to the following counties: Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens.

A high school diploma with a minimum of four years of experience providing client centered case management, counseling, or a related field.
