Where you’ll work…

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

Our Production team is responsible for meeting and exceeding daily pizza production goals while maintaining our high standards for people and food safety.

When you’ll work…

We are currently hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm.

Overtime available most weeks.

What you’ll do…

Support our production teams by providing direction and instruction to attain production goals.

Reinforce, coach and mentor teams on the importance of following all food and people safety rules.

Participate in the training events around rules, regulations, safety, and job expectations.

Participate in CI projects to resolve challenges and improve efficiencies.

Why you’ll be successful…

Proven ability to safely lead your team through following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 1-3 years’ experience with supervising teams in a food manufacturing environment to coach and develop your team.

Organized and methodical approach to managing daily production schedules and successfully addressing challenges as they arise.

Inspired leader who motivates their team and encourages and supports their growth and success.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
