The City of North Las Vegas is excited to announce a recruitment for the position of Payroll Coordinator. This vacancy is in the Finance Department.   • Pay – The salary range for this position is $58,674.24 to $93,473.81 depending on experience
  • Work Schedule – Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (36-hour work week)
  • Selection Process - Oral Panel Interview 100% Passing Score 70%

THE ROLE:
Performs a variety of specialized duties in the coordination, administration, and performance of citywide payroll systems.

Qualifications - External
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
  • Two (2) years of college-level coursework in accounting or a closely related field
  • Four (4) years of experience managing payroll processes and systems
  • OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
