This position is a Pay Band 40

Why does the job exist?

This position supports the tax credit processing program and provide technical assistance to tax payers with tax credit applications.

How does it get done?

This position performs a variety of clerical duties. requiring knowledge of office management systems and procedures to provide the administrative support needed to meet the business need of the tax credit incentive programs. Duties include answering telephones, typing, email, data entry, office machine operation and filing.

Who are the customers?

Coordinates regularly with the general public, taxpayers, other division staff, and with other state agencies.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with experience providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills and multi-tasking coordination skills dealing with a variety of customers and issues.

Minimum Qualification

High School diploma or Equivalent and three (3) months experience in office administration and/or customer service. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.

Working Conditions
