Troubadour's Member Services Representative fills an essential function: ensuring that our members and guests receive the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Takes initiative to improve and ensure club-wide marketing collateral is on brand and consistent.
  • Works closely with all departments to communicate updates and relevant information to members (newsletters, club communication emails).
  • Keeps track of current marketing inventory and reorders as needed (brochures, calendars, folders, etc.).
  • Creates itineraries for members, guests and prospective members prior to their arrival to Troubadour.
  • Quarterly newsletter/update (development update, club news and what’s ahead, sales update, message from GM, welcome to the team, featured listings, etc).
  • Seeks most efficient manner in which to meet member expectations (WOW moments).
  • Continuously learning and improving member website experience.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Marketing, PR or Communications
  • 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. Club Essentials experience preferred.
  • Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.
  • Experience creating newsletters and marketing collateral.
  • Administrative and clerical procedures and systems of processing, managing files and records and other office procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Resourcefulness, sound judgment and self-confidence.
  • Working independently and interdependently with colleagues.
  • Keeping a neat and orderly workspace.
