The Cook is responsible for preparing food items for a full-service dining room and banquets and maintaining and cleaning the kitchen work area.

The position offers paid holidays and retirement pension.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The ability to read, write, and follow routine orders plus 6 months experience in full-service restaurant. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications review committee.
