Job Announcement
The Iowa County Highway Department is seeking qualified applicants for full-time Limited Term all-purpose laborer positions which may start as early as May and continue as late as September 30. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to specialized flagging operations, and general yard maintenance.
Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid Class D Driver"s License. Candidates must be able to report to work on a daily and timely basis. Knowledge of highway road and bridge construction and maintenance preferred. Starting pay is $21.45/hr. Pre-placement drug & alcohol testing required.
