Qualifications

•Engineering and production departments as well as multi-level management

Responsibilities

•Daily responsibilities include adding and updating customer, company, and opportunity records in Lenco’s CRM system and creating and updating quotations in Lenco’s business ERP software

•Additional tasks include aiding the Sales team in creating RFQ / Bid submissions

•Some direct follow-ups with email and phone leads may be required

•Creating new & updating existing customer, company, and opportunity records in Lenco’s CRM system (ACT)

•Support the sales team in creating and compiling technical documents for RFQ / Bid submissions

•Support the sales team in providing documents, images, descriptions, etc. of vehicles and options to address customer inquiries

•Support the marketing team in uploading and organized leads from Trade Shows

•Participate in 3 – 5 trade shows annually

•Support Factory Tours and Product Demonstrations, as necessary

•Some direct communication with customers, domestic and international, may be required

•Adhere to and carry out existing work practices, procedures and policies

•Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate

•Understand and comply with safety and environmental policies

•Some travel may be required

•Other duties as assigned

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Government Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales of Lenco BearCats to US and international Law Enforcement agencies.

Daily responsibilities include adding and updating customer, company, and opportunity records in Lenco’s CRM system and creating and updating quotations in Lenco’s business ERP software.

Additional tasks include aiding the Sales team in creating RFQ / Bid submissions. Some direct follow-ups with email and phone leads may be required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Creating new & updating existing customer, company, and opportunity records in Lenco’s CRM system (ACT)
  • Creating new and updated Quotations in Lenco’s business / ERP software • Support the sales team in creating and compiling technical documents for RFQ / Bid submissions
  • Support the sales team in providing documents, images, descriptions, etc. of vehicles and options to address customer inquiries
  • Support the marketing team in uploading and organized leads from Trade Shows
  • Participate in 3 – 5 trade shows annually
