New Job Customer Service Representative In Mississippi

This is administrative/customer service work with Mississippi State Parks within the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, & Parks, a state agency. Applicants are expected to perform a variety of administrative and customer service duties related to park stays, events, and general park operations and administration. Work involves considerable public contact and is performed in accordance with established regulations, procedures, and administrative directors. Job duties include assisting the public with questions about our state parks, helping guests with reservations and refunds, and general customer service functions over the phone. Creating and managing purchase orders for Park Operations. Performing routine data entry and other supporting activities including creating, scanning, sorting, copying, distributing, and/or filing documents. Working with other agency bureau personnel on events and needs that cross bureau duties. Experience with Microsoft Office applications is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
