Job Description
The purpose of this class is to provide professional, timely and courteous customer service to appointed and elected officials, County citizens, County staff and outside agencies requesting information, assistance or service; to maintain accurate and complete customer service records, and to perform related work as assigned. This class works according to a wide range of procedures; work is reviewed regularly by supervisor.
Requires a high school diploma or GED; however, a Bachelor"s degree in Public Administration, Business, Political Science, English or comparable field is preferred. Must posses a valid state driver"s license. Requires over 6 months up to and including one year.
