The Role
This role is a member of a hardworking, proactive and committed team who are responsible for end-to-end accounts payable functions.

You will be responsible for:

  • End to end accounts payable function;
  • Processing high volume invoices & reconciliation of supplier statements;
  • Preparing payment batch runs and payment of foreign currency invoices;
  • Credit card reconciliations and ledger processing; and
  • Daily management of internal stakeholders and managing supplier queries.
About You
This role would suit a process driven person with high attention to detail. You will have:
  • Previous experience in Oracle or a similar large ERP system; (Advantageous)
  • Considerable experience in a high-volume accounts payable position;
  • Excellent time management and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team whilst maintaining a positive working relationship with team members and suppliers.
