Job Posting Information

Specialized clerical work involving diverse and complex accounting related tasks. Responsible for processing daily deposits, maintaining accounts receivable and deposit spreadsheets.

Duties include processing P-Card and payment vouchers, purchase orders, journal entries, deposits, and interdepartmental charges. A solid knowledge of JD Edwards and Excel are required. A successful candidate will be a good communicator, a motivated self-starter, innovative in improving processes and achieving strategic goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent supplemented by courses in accounting and two years of experience performing varied office and clerical tasks including the keeping and recording of financial transactions; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provide.


To be eligible for insurance benefits, employees must work at least 30 hours per week.

To be eligible for the retirement plan, employees must work at least 20 hours per week.

Temporary, seasonal, and unclassified employees are not eligible for benefits.
